Thank you for supporting the social change that will one day create stigma free workplaces. Choosing to share your story is not always an easy decision. We understand that you may have questions about where to start, how to tell your story without fear of further discrimination, and whether or not telling your story will make things better for you personally. 

We recognize the variety of societal and individual barriers that keep people from sharing their story. To help you take the first step in telling your story so we can together make mental health a priority in our workplaces, we are creating some resources that may help. While our team works on this, please feel free to email our campaign's founder with any concerns or questions you may have. Or, check out our blog to read stories others have submitted.

We also all express our emotions in different ways, so please don't feel your story has to be in narrative form. It can be relayed as a poem, quote, video, song, illustration or artwork.
