Hitesh is a a seasoned leader in server administration, digital marketing, and android development. He has managed IT and digital marketing projects in a diverse industry settings including mental health, software consulting, and hospitality in both project manager and Scrum Master roles. 

An INFJ and a humanitarian, Hitesh was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in his twenties; and, after battling against stigma in India and finding his way back into balance, he became a mental health advocate to help others struggling to cope.

He is a Scrum Master and Project Manager at The Algorithm, a software, web and mobile app development company based out of Denver. Previously Hitesh worked as an IT Manager, at 4 Pillars Ventures, LLP and as a Technical Support Specialist at NIIT Technologies Limited as well as Punjab Remote Sensing Centre.

Hitesh has a Masters in ​Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Programming, Specific Applications, Panjab University and BCA, Computer Programming, Specific Applications, S.C.D Govt College, Ludhiana.

​He also holds certifications in: Online Marketing Certified Professional, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and Google Ads, and is a Certified Scrum Master.
